What do you think off then the Easter come. Baskets of candies, Easter egg full of chocolate, or a wonderful time family can join together. Kids always have full of energy, the games may be the god way for them to consume those energy.
Peter Cotton Tail Relay - There are 2 ways to play this game. First, devide the children into 2 team. Each children have a spoon , small plastic spoon for older kids and large spoon for younger, each time have a bowl contain cotton balls in a same number of kids in each team. And another empty bowl on the other side of the room. To play, let each kid carries a cotton ball with the spoon and transfer to the bowl at the other side of the room. Then run back and hand the spoon to the next kid. The first team who move all cotton balls from their bowl to the empty bowl win. But do not touch the cotton ball by hand, use only the spoon, except when picking up the ball from the ground to their spoon when it fall off.
The second way is using straw instead of spoon, but this time each team need to blow the cotton ball on the floor to the other side and back to the start line. The first team whose members can blow the ball forth and back to the start line win.
Colored Eggs - There are outdoor and inddor version of this game, the outdoor version is similar to "Tags" game. Seperated the children into 3 team, a wolf, an Easter Bunny and the rest are eggs. A wolf child will stand between eggs and Easter Bunny. Before starting the game, the Easter Bunny will whisper the color to the eggs each one with each color. When the game start, the wolf will try to steal the colored eggs by calling out the color, the egg with that color need to run to Easter Bunny without touching by the wolf. If the egg is tagged byt eh wolf, that child will play as the next wolf, the wlf will become the Easter Bunny and the Easter Bunny will be the Egg.
The indoor version play by having a Wolf child and Easter Bunny playing by adult giving the eggs children their color. When start playing, the wolf will call out a color or may be two or three colors at a time. The egg with that color need to jump up and run to an empty chair. The last child become the next wolf. The wolf can also call "upset basket", each eggs need to find their new chair.
Mother Bunny, May I? - A game for younger kids, just call their mother as Mother Bunny and they just only hop instead of walk.
